We were overseeing the project from abroad, and despite many external delays that impacted the project, Chris remained steadfast and committed, giving us peace of mind. 

This project was carried out remotely and our communication with Chris was exclusively by either email or WhatsApp with a swift turnaround in response and updates. Chris’s assistance in obtaining all necessary council approvals was a crucial part of this project, both prior and post completion while we couldn’t be present ourselves. Throughout the design and refurbishment process, Chris provided his professional expertise along with alternative options and kept costs transparent to make an informed decision. Refurbishment Specialist has been everything that we could have hoped for to navigate planning and coordination, design and implementation to documentation and certification from afar. It is so rare to come across a busy contractor that remains so supportive and committed, and we would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Chris, Ray and the team did a fantastic job of our basement/lower ground floor kitchen extension and sunken patio that involved a lot of excavation work. We would 100% use Chris again for our next project and have recommended him to friends. Tiling, flooring, brickwork, roofing, kitchen, and finishing are all excellent. Super reliable team, who were all very friendly and helpful. Electrical and plumbing work all very neat and tidy. Reconfiguration and Full Refurbishment of Apartment in North London.

Chris was in charge of renovating our flat (Victorian building) in North London, including changing the lay-out of the flat, creating a new kitchen / living room and two bathrooms. Chris has been a great project manager, from the very start of the works. He provided advice and recommendations throughout the project, he is reliable, very responsive and, most importantly, always on top of every aspect of the project. Structural Reconfiguration & Full Refurbishment of Apartment in Hampstead

We opened the wall separating the living room from the kitchen to create 1) an open-plan kitchen and 2) a second bedroom in the old kitchen. Chris coordinated everything with the structural engineer, got it signed off swiftly. The team moved the plumbing into the new space and upgraded very old pipes, they also built a ducting system which was extremely complex due to the underfloor configuration. They re-wired the whole flat incl kitchen in the most beautiful and practical way, and installed the kitchen. Complex job carried out within the deadlines and with tidiness. I felt I was in great hands!

The quality of the work, such as the carpentry, plastering, plumbing and electrics are top notch! I couldn’t be happier. Chris has taken a run-down auction property and turned it into a beautiful home. He’s always responsive, quick to reply, incredibly patient and a very very friendly guy. He just does what he says he’s going to do – whilst always keeping you in the loop. I lived far away from the home being refurbished, but thanks to Chris I felt like I’d been onsite the entire time!
